Included in your monthly fee is 1 one on one session. It must be used before the end of the month because it does not carry over. You can buy more one on one sessions for the low price of $40 per session or a 5 pack of sessions for $175 ($35 each). The sessions last for 60 days from the date of purchase and during that period you are free to use them quick, or spread them out. If you find yourself with less money to spend one month, come less. You never have to worry about getting into an position where you have to stop. No matter how much or how little you see your trainer, you will still be working with him online.
